Your hours against the 300
See your counted rows inside the three year window against the 300 hour total, the 225 hour hands-on minimum and the 75 hour assisting cap, with the gap, the rows about to leave the window, your pace and the printable log.
Add rows on your training log. For what each number means, read the 300 hours explained.

How the hours are counted here
- The three year window is the 36 calendar months ending with the month of your count date. Only the month and year of a row are reviewed, so a row counts for its whole month or not at all.
- A row is one client or facility for one month, in one role. Hands-on and assisting hours for the same client in the same month go on two rows.
- Pace is your counted hands-on hours per month over the last six months, carried forward month by month while old rows leave the window.
- Group hours count only on a row marked as a class dedicated to fear, phobias, anxiety or aggression.
The reasoning, with worked examples, is in the 300 hours explained and hands-on versus assisting.
